I've been a part time stamp dealer since 2004. I am a dealer member in good standing of both the American Philatelic Society (APS) and the American Stamp Dealers Association (ASDA). I am also a lifetime member of the Precancel Stamp Society, #228-5787
I offer Bureau precancel stamps.
I've been a stamp collector since 1977 and I still actively collect stamps. I understand the excitement of adding new precancels to a collection. I can better understand what you, the customer, are looking for.
Your personal information is safe with me. I do not sell my mailing list or email addresses to other businesses.

I accept orders in almost any format as long as it is readable. If it helps you, here is an order form you can use as well order form. I accept payment by cash, check, or money order. I also accept credit card payments on orders of $20 or more.
I also carry the K&P Bureau Precancel album. The cost is $40 postpaid. These three-hole punched album pages illustrate all of the approximately 9600 known city type Bureau precancels.
